We offer precise serial cuts, high cutting accuracy even with several thousand sections and fast delivery times. The CNC control with digital stop guarantees a consistent cutting quality.
With our powerful aluminum circular saw BOMAR AL 500 we produce precise profile blanks. Aluminum full material up to a thickness of 160 mm can be easily cut. The miter setting from -45 ° to + 45 ° enables clean angle cuts.
With the second metal circular saw Tronzadoras MG we cut serial cuts of medium to large purchase quantities. Due to the CNC control with digital stop, we offer a consistent cutting quality even with larger quantities. For example, we can easily cut several thousand spacers, sleeves, or the like from aluminum tubes with precision.
We can also cut mitred profiles on request.
We are happy to cut the following materials for you: Aluminum molded tube, round tube, angle, profiles, flat material, aluminum solid material up to 160mm (larger diameters on request), brass rods and tubes, various plastic tubes and plates
